Arienne Loves...TiLT #6


I'm going back to basics this week with what I love and am grateful for. Sometimes it is so easy to get wrapped up in wanting things that are wholly unnecessary while taking for granted what is really important. Sure, I still covet the gorgeous accessory or latest gadget and love surrounding myself with things of beauty and there is definitely nothing wrong with that as long as it is balanced.

<3 Lush green grass <3 Blue skies <3 Clean, fresh water <3 Caressing breezes <3 Nurturing sunshine <3 Flowers and blooms <3 My senses <3 Nutritious food <3 Tea <3 My family <3 My friends <3 The Man <3 That I can read and write <3 That I have an education <3 I have an identity <3 I know love <3 I have choices <3 I have basic freedoms <3 I have a home <3 I am safe in my everyday <3 I can afford my basic needs <3 I can choose how to spend my time <3 Charlie-bear the cat <3 Peter, our new found spider friend that lives at the bottom of the stairs  <3 My physical health <3

May Dreams

You know those times when you feel you are learning the same lesson over and over? Well, I really feel like I have been through that over the last few weeks... It has been difficult and frustrating at times. I'm throwing my arms up to the universe shouting "I'm here, I'm listening, I'm acting towards those things, you can leave me be with those wake up calls!". But I think it is really making sure I get it this time.

So my intention for May is to live more authentically in my everyday. To take positive action towards that path I am supposed to be on and to be clear and take things step by step to avoid overwhelm.

Saying that, I'm focussing on the abundance of good in my life and looking forward to the following May dreams...

1. Celebrate my 30th Birthday surrounded by love, joy and special friends and family.

2. Celebrate one year of living together with The Man - the first of many! It is today, by the way!

3. Seeing Mummy who is coming for my birthday

4. Start the process of getting a dog.

5. Re-visit and create my goals and action plans for the next year up to 10 years

6. Create and work out new systems and routines related to new work set up

7. Do a fabulous second speech for Toastmasters

I actually want to keep it short and focussed this month. A few of those points are rather large ones!
